Erna works as boardroom consultant and coach for a broad scope of organizations. Next to this, she is closely involved with the Greenleaf Centre for Servant Leadership Europe as member of the board. Johan works as an independent boardroom consultant and coach. He is also member of the Executive Committee of the 'Foundation for Natural Leadership'. He combines his intuitive and intellectual skills to find creative solutions with his clients. Listening, inspiration and creativity are keywords in his approach. He likes to look at the mental, emotional, spiritual and physical side of challenges for individuals and organizations. Answering these challenges must lead to action. Leonora is a coach, facilitator and culture changer. She is also co-founder of several innovative companies. From her interest in leadership and sense of purpose, she co-founded the magazine "New Leaders" (in which she writes about connected leadership) and "The art of living and the art of dying "(a magazine about palliative care). She also founded the first telephone coaching company in the Netherlands.
